Called scanography, capturing a moment but not with a camera.
It's very easy to lose yourself in my imagery. The blacks seem to go on forever. The flowers and green earthiness of the foliage seem to jump out at you with a vividness that takes your breath away. A two dimensional image becomes three... Intriguing and ethereal, dramatic shadows, brilliant highlights; their essence seemingly real enough to touch.

CLAY CREATIONS
I have been having fun with clay for more than 30 years. Recently I began making little garden houses, wizards and mushrooms. I've let my imagination run wild and it has been so much fun! The little dwellings are each handmade with great attention given to the many little details. Each is a one of a kind, original. Some have vines, hand painted glass gazing balls, hand painted glass windows, pebbles, glass mushrooms, leaves - pure magic- enchanting, whimsical - very special creations. Just the type of place an elf, fairy or sprite would love to call home. They look perfect nestled among flowers beds and create a focal point when displayed on a deck, table or in a flower pot. The ones that are lighted cast a warm glow and are truly unique and eye catching.
All my pieces are hand sculpted and built using earthenware clay- no molds are used. They go through 2 firings in my kiln. Bring indoors if you have harsh winters and enjoy them all year round.
