Photography of a Different Sort....

By seamlessly pairing Mother Nature with modern technology, I've captured her fragile beauty in these images. Fresh flowers, vegetables, and wild flora, artfully arranged, their picture taken on a flatbed scanner. Images with an ethereal quality, dramatic shadows, brilliant highlights. Their essence seemingly real enough to touch.  Beautiful. The colors are not manipulated.  There is no need, Mother Nature has an eye for color.

My wish is that all who look upon my work will feel the same impulse to look closely and immerse themselves in the compelling and intriguing moods that emanate from my finished compositions.  I remain searching on the Edge of Light, scanning the horizons.
